Campaign Management - call-in campaigns are easily managed with Truckmaster. By simply entering the manufacturers details in to the system and attaching chassis numbers from the tracking module all required customer recall letters may be generated.

Highlights

• Simply enter details from manufacturer's call-in letter, attach the range of chassis numbers supplied by the manufacturer, set up a campaign template of the labour and parts required.
  
• System will print MS Word letters for each chassis no. included in call-in (see Appendix).
  
• Letters may be printed, faxed or e-mailed.
  
• When a chassis no. is entered on to a job card the system will automatically prompt the user if it is on one or more outstanding campaigns. The user may then select which campaigns they wish to process as part of the current job and the system will add the necessary parts and labour lines on to the job card.
  
• Detailed reporting available on outstanding and processed campaigns.
