Workshop Planning - This module allows entry into a Workshop Diary and automatic conversion to Job and subsequent allocation of resources against specific jobs and provides a managed planning environment for the workshop management. As well as allowing automatic or manual reservation of mechanics the system allows specialized equipment to be reserved for a required period of time. The planning system allows the administrator to change jobs between different mechanics by dragging and dropping a job bar. Reports are available listing the Workshop Schedule, any conflicting tasks and a mechanics workload. Clicking on a task bar displays details of the particular job.
