Warranty - All warranty lines generated from various parts of the system are automatically displayed in the main Warranty module screen. Miscellaneous claims can also be generated. Different franchise claims, Goodwill claims, Parts only claims are all handled.

• Workshop job lines or parts invoices that are categorised as warranty are automatically picked by the warranty system.
  
• Simply point and click on the parts and labour to be claimed and the system can automatically generate a warranty claim and print a claim form and failure report.
  
• Warranty templates allow fast entry of 'groups' of warranty claim lines e.g. clocking in/out, getting tools.
  
• Report, fax or e-mail claim reports (See Appendix).
  
• Claims may then be tracked through dispatch and acceptance or rejection. If accepted an easy to use credit claim procedure completes the process.
