Pre-Invoicing - Once a job is completed it may be categorized into different charge types with multiple mechanics associated with each line. An on-screen list of each mechanics time scanned on to the job is provided. Pre-invoicing also allows for portions of jobs already invoiced to be recharged to a different category e.g. warranty portion of a job to be recharged to the customer.
