SIRONA
provides the user with a variety of different methods of order
placement, including:

In
all cases the user has full control over the progression of
each order from inception through each critical stage to delivery
and invoicing.
SIRONA
allows you to identify customers by short-form codes; reprioritise
orders from your best customers; search stock items using
partial codes or manufacturers codes and identify stock held
at other locations, suggest alternatives or provide due delivery
dates for stock on order.
The
SIRONA sales order processing module has been designed and
written by the Sirona Technologies team in Dublin to minimise
the number of keystrokes and hence the amount of information
necessary to complete an order. This has been achieved through
the use of system defaults. These defaults, such as delivery
address, discounts etc. can be altered by the system manager
at any time.
SIRONA
can hold an unlimited number of price lists in a variety of
currencies, with prices specified down to customer by product
level. Discounting can be based upon percentage, amount, quantity
breaks, chain discounts, promotions or contracts. Price overrides
are logged in the audit trail. Comprehensive enquiry and reporting
facilities provide order tracking and full sales analysis.
Speed,
accuracy and ease of use are the three basic criteria around
which all SIRONA software modules are designed and written.
